System Support and Maintenance

Qualsys Support Team will provide customer support to you by telephone, online web-conference and by site visits. 

Support is usually provided during UK office hours but is provided on a 24/7 basis for a number of clients. In addition, Qualsys Ltd has a range of international partnerships to provide support and training. 

A typical support and maintenance service will comprise the following components:

  • Software upgrades - we provide copies of new software releases and supporting documentation.  Major new releases are delivered annually to existing customers with a valid support and maintenance agreement.
  • Maintenance calls - defined as calls to report a fault in the software.
  • Support calls - defined as calls to request information or advice regarding the software

We are able to provide a comprehensive Service Level Agreement that details timescales for acknowledgement and error resolution. 

If required, we will be pleased to tailor a Support and Maintenance package to address your specific needs (e.g. 365/24/7, extended helpdesk, etc).
